A SHOOTING CASE.

A farmer "named'-'.Robertson; visited the office of Barter and Company, Hunter street, and after a heated dis cussion four revolver shots were fired. One bullet smashed Mr Ernest Barter's jaw, passing out of the mouth. Barter was taken to the hospital. Robertson was arrested for shooting with intent to murder. It is understood that the trouble was over soma monetary transactions.
