Meagher's application for reinstatement on J>he' roll of attorneys, from which his name was struck off. in connection with the notorious Dean case. The Law Institute opposes tho application. Mr Meagher, in accordance with a desire expressed by the Court, has published a public apology for the course he pursued in the Dean case, in deference to the late Mr Justice Windeyer.
