A sky bomb during a fireworks display at Sardinia blew off the heads of two spectators, and injured forty other persons, several of whom will have to undergo amputations. A man named Michael Hazciun, after "being bound over to keep the peace with his wife yesterday, cut lus throat and wrist with a razor. He'was removed to the hospital in a serious condition. INYERCARGILL, May 28. The down train, Lumsden to Liyercargiil this evening ran into a bull this aide of Lady Darkly and the engine and nine trucks were derailed, the enoine being turned over. The driver was thrown clear but was stunned ior .some minutes through contact with a fence. The fireman was pinned down under the debris by arm and back, but both escaped with no more than severe bruises.
