Per Press Association. DUNE DIN. May '27. At the criminal sittings to-day, Thomas O'Donnell was sentenced to ten years for assaulting a young girl. Thomas Kairlie Morris was placed oil probation for 1:2 months for theft. James Pollock was sentenced to 12 months for theft from the person. Thomas Hussrv to 18 months lor assault and battery. John Edward Blonquist to 18 months tor stealing a bicycle. Robert Burgess and Thomas McLennan to three years each tor robb. iy from the pcix-n. and I 'a trick Moriorty to two \ears for indecent a.-sault. Thomas McGrath for injuring cattle by shooting at them witn a pea ritle was placed on probation for two years, during which period he was to remain in the Salvation Army Home at Christ-church. The jury failed to agree in the case of iuicn Marion Edwards, charged with breaking and entering.
