The "Daily News" interviewed Sir Egbert Stout, who said that children secularly trained in New Zealand produce only half the criminals in proportion to the numbers of those trained in denominational schols.
Sir Robert Stout added, "The attitude of the English Nonconformists and Liberals amazes inc. They seek to disestablish the Church, yet seek to maintain sect schools as the children's church."
