The steamer Hei'o, from Bristol, collided and sank the destroyer Blackwater, off Dungeness, during the night time. The crew were saved. Received 1.10 a.m., April 10th. MELBOURNE, April 9. The barque Blenheim has arrived, 14 days out from Devonport, Tasmania. She experienced terrible weather. All the sails were carried away, and thrice the ship narrowly escaped from a. lee shore. The crew were unable to take their clothes off for the whole time.
