A WARLIKE SPEECH. Press Association-Bv Telegraph-Copyright VIENNA, March 25. Dr. Wekerle, president of the Hungarian Ministry, -speaking in the Pestli Chamber, delivered a warlike speech. He confers with Baron Aehrenthal at Vienna to-day regarding Servia. FACTORS FOR PEACE. Received 11.3 p.m., March 26th. LONDON, March 26. Two factors have arisen suddenly making for peace in the Balkans. Firstly, Russia's expressed readiness as a prelude to the proposed conference to recognise the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina secondly, the Crown Prince of Servia's sudden renunciation of the crown in favour of his younger hrother, and his probable voluntary exile for a year. He wrote to the Premier intimating that his decision was due to unjust insinuations based upon an unfortunate occurrence. BELGRADE, March 26. The occurrence mentioned by the Crown Prince of Servia related to the death in a State hospital of one of his grooms. The Crown Prince is openly accused of homicide bv kicking the man in the stomach.
