VOTE OF CONFIDENCE. Press Association-i-By Telegraph-Copyright CONSTANTINOPLE, Feb. 18. The Turkish Chamber passed a vote of confidence in: Hilmi Pasha, the Prime Minister, who saicl, lie recognised the Cabinet's responsibility to the Chamber. • He announced that lie would continue Kiaihil Pasha's policy.
