He has wiitten to Viscount Morpeth, president of the Birmingham Reform League, sta&ig that the organisation is more tlfan ever important, iuasnmch as tho isstie will clearly he tariff reform, or perhaps, as a substitute, a Socialistic ijlatform, which will do more harm that good.
