Per Press Association. WELLINGTON.- October 15. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Kennel Club was held in Wellington today. It was resolved that in view of the confrision existing -as. to wliat constitutes a challenge class it bo..defined simply as the first- prize winner in every class, these to be judged again in the ring after the ordinary class competitions and a. challenge certificate to .be- issued by the Kennel Club for any challenge.
