WELLINGTON, July 27. Tn thr case or Sco(.t v. King, heard last session, the Appeal Courts decision was delivered to-day in favour of the appellant, the Court: holding that the facts en-vtl-d him to the £ISOO awarded by the i'uiT- Costs on the highest scale were awarded and leave was given to appeal v, il,e Privv Council. This was the case in which the appellant sued the Exhibition ComiDittiioneis for damages.
