NEW CONSTITUTION GRANTED

It is officially announced that the Sultan- of Turkey has decreed a new Constitution, and 'summoned a Chamber of Deputies. The firman granting the Constitution was read at Salonika, and received with great enthusiasm. Received 4.30 p.m., Julry 26th. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 25:
The army and officials in Macedonia had already proclaimed a constitution when the Sultan accepted it. This move has created a deep impression in iSbfia where it is '. considered agitation will be revived. The Constitution if sincere may effect a very real improvement throughout Turkey.
