Nikson, a, revolutionary socialist, has confessed that he committed the outrage at Malmce on July 13th, when eighty English dockers who had been engaged to replave strikers at the port were accommodated aboard a hulk. A bomb which had been concealed on the vessel exploded with disastrous effect. One of the Englishmen was killed, and p.even others wounded. ARRESTS IN BELGIUM. BRUSSELS, July 22.
