Gold and silver have been foujid on Tringham's property near Featherstone. It is not thought to be in payable quantities but a good reef may bn struck.
GREYMOUTH, July 4
Satisfactory developments are reported from the new Alpine mine Lyell. The winze is in strong ore carrying high values.
DUNEDIN, July 4.
