■Siezyncki, the murderer of Count Potocki, has been sentenced lo death with a. recommendation to mercy. Count Potocki was the Governor of the Austrian province of Galicia, and the murderer was a. Ruthenian student of philosophy. The crime was the outcome of a racial feud between the Poles and the Ruthenians. AMERICAN SENTENCE COMMUTED. NEW YORK, July 2. The State Board of Pardons have commuted the sentence of Hany Orchard, convicted of murder, to imprisonment for life. He was to have been hanged tomorrow for having murdered Mr. Frank Stennenberg, a former Governor of Idaho. ADELAIDE EXECUTION. ADELAIDE, July 3. The-Press were not admitted to Coleman's execution. The Rev.
