SHIELDING A BROTHER. For " conduct unbecoming an officer and a, gentleman," Acting Sub-Lieutenant Frederick William Sowerby,/ R.N., of H.M.S. Excellent Gunnery School at Portsmouth, was recently by-naval'court l martial dismissed his Majesty's service.
