Gardenia beat 1 Golden' Bays; Twilight, beat Black •' Venus. • _ Lady Rosette lost somei time in sighting the hare, but soon gob oh to ait and scored points on the turns. Garryclough' led all the way from Queen Taylor . and' wassmarter on the turns'; a kill was- made near the escapes'. Tui 'made I straight/ for the hare and after 1 ' doing all the work captared it, thus beating' Southern Dawn after Dark scored principally on his leading from Reform, but'the latter was as quick and agile at working; Green Harp led up and did' all the'work, which gained him the most points .in spite of Manxman getting the 'kill. Clarissa: 'was withdrawn and No Danger ran a bye in fine style and worked well: Young Loyalstone had a' small lead from Kilmarnock and worked 'well, : getting in 'his turns smartly. Gardenia, on being'Wipped,-went straight in and killed, before Golden Days had a chance to do anything. TwilicrHt as on the firs* day,- was -bad at-sighting, the hare, but as soon, as he eot it within his line of vision he ' put"; in some smart work and showed superiority on the turns.

No Danger led up-to the first •turn; when Green ' Harp" commenced, to work and got in somesmart' turns and wrenches: The hare was killed. Gardenia led up and got a wrench; then did most of . the. Nine of Diamonds' beat Fotatenoy. Respite beat Malcolm Advance. Bright Beauty beat Better Nights. : Scottish''Chief beat Searchlight. Erin's Pride led at first, from Awa.rnmi, but not for long, for the latter got on to the hare, ' worked it" well, and. killed. Bugle Call" out-paced Victor and/secured a kill. Bright Beauty, a bye. ~ A'.rapuni made* straight for the hare, ivhich swerved into Bugle Call's track. .Then Awapuni got to work and sot in .several wrenches' which gained him more points 'than Bugle Call got with his kill. 2fine of Diamonds led tip, got the first' wrench, worked well and then drove the hare to Darlinghurs* who killed. Scottish Chief led away but was out-classed in working the hare, which was grounded by Respite. Bright Beauty ran n bye.
