Wright, Stephenson and Co., Limi.ed, report having recently effected the following sales of station and farm properties in Ota-go and Southland : —For Mr fcamuel Henry, Evans' JJlat, his well known "Bellamy". station near Lawrence comprising about 3000 acres of freehold, and zß,lit)U acres of leasehold, to Mr John Muncteil, Timaru, who also purchased all the stock on the station comprising 10,00'J sheep, and horses, cattle, and station plant. For Mr W. M. Hailes, Balfour, his Ardlussa and cattle flat properties comprising 11,240 acres freehold and -6000 acres leasehold, also 5000 sheep, and horses, cattle, ect. depasturating thereon, to Mei'.srs Don<*ild Macdonakl, Edendale, and T. L. Barnhill, Castlerock. For Messrs J. 'M.\ and I). A. McKenzio of Palmerston, their Bushy .Park estate comprising 2260 acres of freehold, and 86 acres of leasehold, being all first-class agricultural and fattening land, with splendid homestead and grounds. This is one of the finest estates in . Otago, and the buyer Mr Roderick McKenzie, - hue of " Birchwcod Instate, 3 ' Southlaiidy :i is to be congratulated on acquiring such a splendid property.
