SUPREME COURT.
Per Press Association. BLENHEIM, December 4. In the Supreme Court, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty in the ease in which A. S. McKenzie. 24 years of age, was accused of attempted rape on a woman of 22 years. The case in which J. Horton, an elderly man, is charged with carnally knowing a girl of 12 years, is b?ing heard.
