HUMAN HEARTS COMPANY. It is said in this life of ours pathos and comedy are always neighbours and he who really* sees life,' sees both. Evidently from' press exchanges to hand pathos and comedy are strongly intermingled in the renowned American*comedy drama —"Human Hearts" a play of " hearts and souls" which Mill be presented on Tuesday night next at the Theatre Royalwhen, for a season of one night the story of ths wronged and upright Tom Logan, who, way back in the hills of Arkansas, loves not wisely but too well, which leads to his undoing through the machinations of his wife and her former lover, Frederick Armsdale, will be enacted by the fine company specially organised by Mr Geaeb. The management claim that the company engaged, is 7 one of the very strongest yet seen in Timaru. Mr Ernest Leceister, one of the first dramatic 'artists of 'lis day in London, visited Australasia for the purpose of playing his original creation of Tom Logan 'in the English production of the drama. Mr Leeeister's stage career has be-;n a series of important successes iu conjunction with many old world manazements. The, "villiati," Mr George R. Montford, likewise can cla.'m a distinsuished career in his line of work. Miss Valentine. Sydney has exceptional experience and plaved the lead with Mr Edward Sass in South Africa in an important round of London successes-. Miss Eva Guildford' Quin and Mr, C. M. Berkerley, late of Mr J.
