Stolypin, has demanded the suspension of 49 of the Social Democratic deputies and the arrest of 16 others pending an -enquiry into the plot discovered at M. Ohsolo's residence:, to overthrow the existing system of. government, and establish a democratic Republic by -means of a. military' and revolutionary, lighting organisation' with _. ramifications throughout the Empire. . M. Stolypin declared that if his notice was rejected the Government would consider the decision in the light of a. refusal of the""Diun'a- to co-operate with the, Ministry.
