There was an extraordinary large entry of poultry on Saturday, 485 head being entered: there was a good demand for all prime birds, and the sale, was a very satisfactory one. LAND SALES. • Guinness and LeCren, Ltd.. report the sale of the following properties: —Oil account of Mr P. Alulverhill, 33 acres at Pleasant Valley, to Mr Wm. Smith; for Mr Wm. Smith.. 40 acres at Pleasant Valley to Mr C. Greenall; for Mr H. H. Taylor, 20 acres at Belfield, to Mr A. Priddle; for Mr. H. At.
