Advices from Buenos Ayres state that ai revolutionary outbreali has occurred due to a difference on ilocal questions; that San Juan and Argentina have engaged in fighting; that there lias, been loss of life, and many persons wounded; and i that the Governor and Ministers of the province have been deported, and l will be held, prispners until federal intervention is decided upon.
