At the Police Court before Mr Widdowson. S.M., several cases of alleged trespass on Wingatui raccrourse were beard. James O'Connor was lined £8 and costs £5 4s; Goodman £lO and £2 As 7d costs: Graham £lO and costs. J-ccarity was fixed in a case for appeal.
