DISSOLUTION GRAXTKD. United Press Association—Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright. YIEXXA. Febiuary io. The Emperor Francis Joseph has sanctioned the dissolution of the Hungarian Parliament. Herr J. Justh. the President of the Chamber, states that he \rill only that a dissolution has takeo place when the building is occupied'by soldiers and the deputies expelled liy bayonets. They will only yield to brute force.
