As. a further developments of the Abbott warehouse robberies, an Assyrian com-, mission agen named Charles—Z»iney," was charged with having received drapery of the value of £7O lrom William Warren, knowing, the same to have, beto,^stolen.' Zainey, who was a trial, said he had sold the stolen drapery for William Warren, agreeing to pay: him 75 per cent, of the proceeds. He was remanded for eight days, bail being allowed,, himself in £3OO, and two sureties, of £l5O each.
