PREPARING TO INVEST TOCK. RUSSIAN SUCCESSES. . LONDON, May 1. The Russians report that General Hasegawas, of the Sixth Japanese Army, -with 'tv hundred thousand men,'. is at Gensan. -He will shortly move northwards and attempt to invest Tladivostock. General Andrieff oppose? General Hasegawas' crossing tilie Tumen river. All the Japanese losses at Mukden have been made good. The Russians . have received reinforcements, numbering 42,000. General Linievitch reports that after capturing five positions in the vicinity of Tunghuahsien the Russians occupied that town.
