For the United Kingdom and Europe, United States of America and Canada (via Saa Francisco, Hawaii, Samoa, and northern Ports of New Zealand), per Sonoma, as follows:—Money orders, registered letters, book packets, and newspapers, at 3.30 p.m.; ordinary letters at 4 p.m.; late fee letters at C.P.O. until 4.45 p.m., and at mail ran north express until 5.7 p.m.; due in London March Ist.
