THE RICARDO LIBEL. BRISBANE, August 21. In the Ricardo libel case, Captain Douse gave evidence thatvhe heard Colonel Chauvel urging Ricardo to obey an order to. advance. The latter replied "No fear. We are safe here." Others gave evidence that at Vet River Colonel Ricardo ■when ordered to advance replied that he , ■was quite willing to do so, but "it will be Colonel Paper's fault if I am killed." NEW GUINEA.
