The first tennis match of the season was played on the Waitohi courts at Mr Orr's farm on Saturday afternoon between team: representing the home club and the Timari Club. The weather up to 6.30 p.m., wher a light shower began to fall, was all thai could be wished, and as a result the outinf was a most, pleasant one.
