FRIENDLY ATTITUDE OF THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT.
Received 5.6 p.m., November 25th. BERLIN, November 24. Herr Reithofen, m the Reichstag, explained that the expulsion of undesirables :rom the Transvaal was m accordance with international law. Britain replying to jjermany, had promised to compecsate any jermahs who had been expelled without iue cause. Herr Reithofen added that nany claims had been presented, but that hey were exaggerated and untenable. PARIS, November 24. Mr Kruger is much cheered by the adIresses presented him. He received jouqaets of flowers at all station? where he train stopped. Received 12.35 a.m., November 26th. ALBANY, November 25. The Hnrlech Castle arrived to-day with he returning troops. Per Press Association. GREYMOUTH, November 25. The Premier has received a cablegram rom Colonel Newall who is at Klerfcsdorp outh Africa ; stating that the men of the ourth and Fifth Contingents were all well
