United Press Association— Per Electric Telegraph— Copyright. Received June 13th, 9.50 a.m. Pretoria, June 12. In Boer circles it is expected that President Kruger will abolish the dynamite monopoly. The leaders of the Africander party urge an addition of four members to the Volksraad to represent the Chamber of Mines and Chamber of Commerce, and that the enlarged Volksraad be left to settle the franchise question. Received June 13th, 10.50 p.m. June 13. President Kruger has submitted to the Raad further amendments m the direction of liberalising the treatment of miners. This is regarded as pointing to possible enfranchisement proposals. Capetown, June 13Sir A. Milner replying to a deputation said that unless the Transvaal were granted more liberal treatment other means would be found of achieving the desired result. He referred to Britain's singular patience m the matter. The Chartered Company have renewed their offer to submit the question of material damage occasioned by the Jame3on raid to arbitration. #
