TO THE EDITOR OP THE TIMARU HERALD. Sir, —ln reply to " Ratepayer," the cost for collecting the rates last year was nil, an no rate was struck by the. Geraldirie' Road Board. You, sir, are well aware that I have never written to your paper on the subject. " Rate* payer' r says that I did. No doubt he has been slumbering and has dreamt something. I am, &0., F. R. Flatman.
