It may really be intended to carry out the scheme at the time mentioned, but unless the market conditions are much more favourable than at present, little or nothing will be gained by the change, while expenses will have to be borne. (By Telegraph.) WOODVILLE. May 31. Mr T. J. Nathan addressed a large meeting on his frozen meat scheme. Among those who spoke was Mi' W. H. Nelson, of Nelson Bros. He supported the proposals for consolidation and control, but doubted the possibility of combining a retail business at Home with the scheme. Resolutions were passed calling on the Government to convene a conference to discuss the frozen meat question. The meeting was enthusiastic.
