BATING ON PNIMPBOVBD VALTJB BILL. The debate on the motion for the second reading of the Baling on Unimproved Value Bill was resumed. Mr Kelly, Mr Bolt, Sir George Whitmore, and Mr Kerr, spoke m support of the Bill, and Mr Stevens, Mr Williams, Mi Oliver, and Mr Beynolds, against it. The debate was further adjourned till. Monday at 2.30 p m.
