ISVEBCARGILL, September 26. 4t the Supreme Court, James Lumsder, alias Londßdale, who was previously convicted, was found guilty of stealing clothing belonging to the son of a farmer by whom he was employed. Sentence was deferred. . Sarah Gregory, against whom tbe Grand Jury found a true bill for concealment of birth, pleaded guilty, sentence being deferred for a report of the probation iffioor. William Bae, charged with uttering a ohequo, was found not guilty*
