The English wheat market is depressed, the Continental dull, and the American declining, A cargo of Victorian wheat, ex barque Saxon, from Qeoloag, sold at 235. The total quantity of wool catalogued up to date ia 67,200 bales, of which 58,400 bales have been sold. Grossbreda are firm, and scoureds are selling well.j (Speoiax. to Pbbss Assoourawr.) An exhibition of colonial food products has been opened at Manchester, the inten- | tion being to illustrate the facilities now afforded by the ship canal for direct shipnient. There has been a large attendanse, and much interest taken m the exhibits.
