Ward Farmers' Association, to be held on Ootober 20th, shows that for the twelve months, after providing for all expenses and bad debts, the amount available for distribution is £7728. The shareholders receive a dividend of 10 per oent., a rebate of 25 per cent, off selling oharges, and 2J- per oent. bonus on goods purchased, and 6 per oent. on salaries is to be paid as a bonus to the otaff. It also pays out of the profits £1278 for tho purohase of tbe United Farmers' Agenoy Company's business, and carries £1000 to the reserve fund, and a balance forward to next year's acoount. Over 7000 new shares were subscribed for during the year-
