(By Thmsorafh. ) OHRISrOHUBOH, Bbpibhbbb 20. The case Murphy v V'ickery and others came before the Bupreme Court to-d&y. Its objfct was to upset certain deeds whereby Jobn Viokery, now deceased, assigned some land m trust for the benefit of his wife and two youngest eons, to the exclusion of the other members of bis family. Plaintiff, one of Mb daughters, alloged that deoeaied was of unsound mind at the time of making the deeds, and that he was completely under the domination and control of his wife.
