King respecting the Queensland Investment and Land Mortgage Company, enquiry shows that action against the directors was taken on the advice of Sir Horaco Duvey, and Sir S. Griffith advised tbe latter, but the advice of Sir S. Griffith and Sir H. Davey was given on a statement of facts which plaintiff utterly failed to prove.
