The Divorce Court to-day was ueonpied m taking the evidence of Annie Tuft, ood the croßf-cxamination was not concluded when the Court ro.e Sho flatly contradicted all tho evidence of misconduct, with Joshua, and her evidence was m tho main tbe same as Joshua's, though she domed that she was ever on any fooling except that of a oommon servant, whereas Joshua's explanation of sots of familiarity was that she waa treated as a friend of tho family and confidante of Mrs Joshua. She detailed acts of criminality between Mrs -Joshua and Norman Kennedy, which Bhe alleged ahe witnessed. Bhe also declared that ebe heard the othßr co-respon-dent, Anderson, m Mrs Josbi.*'_i bodroomlato one night.
