INSULTING THE GERMAN FLAG.
Zanzibab, Oct. 2. The agent of the British East African Obmpany libb been deposed for insulting the German flag at Vitu. Sir F. De Winton, the Governor, apologised for the behaviour of the agent, and the apology was accepted by the German authorities.
