THE NATIONAL MORTGAGE AND AGENCY COMPANY. The directors of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand havo declared a dividend of 5 per cent for the year. THE SILVER BILL. Washington-, Juna 12. The Finance Committee of the Senate propose (o substi'ute nn amended Caucus Bill for the Silver Bill originally introduced into the Senate. Tho Honse of Representatives is strongly opposed to the amendments made by the Committee.
