John Munro, claim. £38 2s ld (Mr Perry for plaintiff); F. 3. Guy v. W. Wills, £2 9s 7d ; J. L. Coy (assignee of the book debts of Drummond and Glaeson) obtained judgment against several parties, some of whom attended and admitted the debt, but said they did not know who to pay. R. Allen ond 00. v. D. Jones, claim £10 5s (Mr White for plaintiff). Davios and Murphy v. Lynch, £4 195, ordor by consont for payment of £1 per month. Jackson v. Lynch, judgment summons, £4 15s 6d, adjourned for eight weeks. fl. Gregg v. J. Patrick, claim £2 10s. Mr Raymond for plaintiff, Mr Hay for defendant. : - Plaintiff, a cook and -waiter, claimed £1 a day for services rondored to defendant, a baker and confectioner, for tho two show days and the , trotting meeting. , Tho plaintiff claimed tho £1 a day though bo only carried a basket ono day, and sold £1 or 30s worth of stuff ; Iho defendant had proventod him from Becuring tbe £1 a day elsewhere. Defendant's caso was that plaiulift was to obtain permission to erect a booth on privato ground for the Bbow days, and failing m this, and sending notes also that he wuj unwell, dofendant supposed tho whole arrangement off. Plaintiff however turned up on tho morning of the first day of the show, and d9fendant thon set to work and made a box of things to bo sold on a stand or by basket on tho second day. The. rosult was not encouraging and he would cot send any to the trotting meeting. As the plaintiff had been more or loss engoged during threo days, His Wornhip gave judgment for £1, Icbs the 10s paid, and casts.

Edward Anderson was oalled who had pleaded guilty toa chargo of drunkeneas and breaking a 80s window pane, and got tho caso adjourned m order tbat he might raise the money to mako good the damage. He did not appear and was finod 20s ond ordered to pay the cost of repairs ; ia default 14 days imprisonment.
