Chriatohurch, (hereinafter called the Vendor Company) who^e operaliona have been t attended with great success ; the Shareholders ' having received dividends for the last eighteen months at ihe rate of 20 per cent per annum, after allowing for bad and doubtful debts, ' and carrying forward undivided profits ' amounting to £1,229 I6s 3d. Owing how- ' ever to the steady expansion of buaiuesa, it is found that tho present capital ia altogether '. inadequate. Tho Vendor Company has power under its . Tho following agreements hove been made, dated 15th March, 1889, which can be seen ot the offices of the Company's solicitor, and subscribers for Shares will bo deemed to hove notice of tho contents thereof, namely ; — (1.) Between the Vendor Company of tho ono part and Thomas Walter fctrlnger on behalf of the new Company of the other part, for the sale ond purchase of the business os aforesaid. (2) Between the Vendor Company and James Henderson and Thomas Walter Stringer, on behalf of the new Company re Brokerage Feoa. No application for less than Ten Shores will be entertained, and if no allotment is mode the deposit will bo returned without deduction.
