In reference to the. difficulty with the I Cable Company, Sir Julius Yogel states j that be received ft telegram la9t night from the Postmaster-General of New South Wales stating that they would refuse this morning to collect the te;minal rates. The New South Wales Government decline to make up for the increased rates for the use of belegramß there. The Now Zealand Government nro not charging any increasod rates ko the Press at present. Dunedik, Nov. 4. The Chamber of Commerce mot to-day to consider the present cabla dispute, but after a slight discussion the matter was adjourned. Some members expressed opinions that the Government should put an end to the dispute, but others considered that the Government should not be hampered.
