Three informations have been laid against Jubal Fleming, tobacconist, for alleged breaches of the Gaming and Lotteries Act in connection with tho " Robin Hood No. 8 Sydney programme) on the Melbourne and New Zealand Cups." The caaes are set down for hearing to-morrow.
