They were brought up at the police court, the former charged with murder at Barrier leland, and the girl with bring an accessory after the fact. The prisoners were remanded until the 26th inst. Ponn has made a statement that Lizzie Graham was on board the cutter at the time the murder was committed. Sho was, however, unaware of the objeot of the trip till their return to the vessel, when she was detained aboard against her will.
