Iv the House of Commons last night during the discussion on the pesition of affairs m Bulgaria, Lord Randolph Churchill declared that the Beriona situation m that country might Boon become critical, but therefore Her Majesty's Government Reclines to fon&;
ulate their views on the subject. The object of the Government would be to maintain it as an European concern and thereby ensure peace.
