The Great Metropolitan Stakes were run for to-day, with the following result : — Bohemian 1 The Jewel ... 2 Lord William 3 Nineteen horses started, and the race resulted m a very closo finish, Bohemian winning by a head. Time — 3min. 311socs. LReoeived 10 p.m., Sept. 2lst.'| The RICHMOHD Stakes were won by Yetman, Metaphor being second, and Sumatra third. Nine horses started. Won by a head. Time — 50isec The Oaiß resulted m a dead-heat between Tamarisk and Crossfire, Acme being third. Time — 2min 4OJscc.
